We’re a welcoming, traditional English pub looking for a commission-based food partner to run a pop-up kitchen on site.
Our customer base loves hearty, familiar food, so we’re especially interested in a menu that covers the classics:
- Sunday roasts
- Burgers
- Fish & chips
- Pies, sausages & mash, and other pub staples
What we offer:
- A fully licensed pub with strong drinks trade and a steady flow of regulars and weekend visitors.
- Kitchen space with extraction already in place (suited for fryers, grills, ovens).
- Front-of-house team and bar staff to support service and coordinate orders.
- Commission Arrangement: You operate the kitchen and keep your share of the sales.
- Minimum 6 month agreement, 2 month break
- We take 20% of total food revenue and base rent of £650+VAT
