Extraction maintenance: will be separately invoiced split by each kitchen unit.
Utilities: Gas, Electric, Water, WiFi are all included.
Access: access is available from 7am - 12am (outside these hours can be made available subject to request and requirements)
Waste Management: big bags separately invoiced monthly per kitchen as in line with the local authority.
Availability: subject to request, best is to propose multiple dates and times and I will get back with what can be accommodated.
