Leyton Pub + Delivery Kitcen | 500SQFT

We operate a large (240+ covers) fully independent pub in East London, with a prominent High Road location.

The kitchen is fully equipped (4 large fryers, Rational, griddle, hot plate, plancha, fridges, freezers, good sized pot wash area with large dishwasher, BBQ), with space for an operator to bring additional equipment.

There is a side road for deliveries and delivery drivers, and pay and display on street parking outside the pub. We are close to a popular football ground, a few minutes walk from the central line and overground stations.

The area has a great deal of residential housing in close proximity, both to attract diners to the pub for dine in sales, and a large captive audience for deliveries.

As we are free of any brewery ties, we have a small and loyal front of house team with senior managers having been with us for years; it is a friendly and welcoming culture and a popular local pub for many in the area.
