Outside space for further storage can be made available. 6 week deposit, £500 cleaning deposit. 12 month term. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved.
 Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month. Payments are made monthly and fees remain payable up to the agreed break clause or for the duration of your booking.
