Opportunity Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chef Operator to take over the food and beverage operation at a 10th-century luxury estate in Northumberland that operates as a boutique hotel, wedding venue, and private events destination. This is not a salaried chef role. This is a business partnership for an entrepreneurial chef who wants to run their own destination restaurant and possibly the pub inside a historic castle with built-in footfall, weddings, and international guests.
