This dark kitchen is a hidden gem within our community music hangout, offering the ideal environment for food vendors seeking a dynamic and welcoming workspace. Hygiene is really important - our kitchen is maintained to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. We take pride in providing a very clean environment - and have checklists that must be fulfilled to ensure standards are being kept up. Our kitchen is stocked with top-notch appliances, including commercial-grade stoves, ovens, pizza oven, flat tops, ample refrigerator and counter space for prep work. Our kitchen is used three days a week in the evenings for pizza service - meaning the space is entirely free from Sunday morning until 5/6PM on Thurs and then all day Fri / Sat until 5/6pm again.
