We have a large and bright industrial kitchen SALSA and SOIL ASSOCIATION certified at E9 and we are looking to share it with preferably a plant based food operation but open to discuss.

The space in the pictures is only a small part of it. There is more available space, worktops, rational oven, freezer and fridges available. There is 3 phase and gas. Ground floor pallet access.

Shutter entrance. £2.5K per month including VAT and business rates. We have separate meters for utilities so you can control your spending. We are flexible with the duration of the rental of the space we just need a 3 month notice period.
