One new to market dark kitchen in N7. The site is a former tesco production unit, brand new with excellent access for drivers, operating hours and ample storage space. There is a shared prep area available for use too. Driver access through the side door during daylight hours, front door out of hours. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved. Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month.
