Hastings Residency and Delivery Kitchen For Rent

A busy, independent live-music venue and cocktail bar with strong weekend footfall and regular events. We’re looking for a motivated food operator to run our kitchen as a full-time residency. The kitchen is small but efficient and ideal for street-food concepts, delivery brands, or operators looking for a second site. Food is not our primary business — drinks and events are — so this residency suits a brand that markets itself, has an existing following, and wants a reliable base with guaranteed footfall at weekends.

Kitchen hours: Mon–Fri: 5pm–9pm Sat–Sun: from 12pm We are flexible on daytime prep access.

We have a partnership with Rustico across the road (open 7 days), so the operator does not need to cover every single hour — but we want food available daily during the above windows. We are looking for a business owner, not a passive operator. Someone who markets, grows, and brings energy to the venue.
