Dark Kitchen in Croydon for Rent

A new-to-market dark kitchen facility launching in South Croydon. This former office site has been converted into 11 Dark Kitchens, all on the lower ground floor. There is potential for central production (CPU) use as well if some of the units are made larger. Access to the site is good, with an off street entrance and 24 hour access. The site is structurally complete but not yet fully finished, February launch. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved. Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month.
