Kitchen: located on the basement floor, the kitchen boasts a double electric pizza oven, a 4 burner range, salamander, pizza mes en place fridge, walk in fridge, under counter fridges, twin fryer, dishwasher and prep counters. Deliveries are made via main exit, we are happy to give keys to suppliers.

Kitchen dining service required during opening hours but there is potential to run a dark kitchen during closed hours.

Bar: A 1970s-themed cocktail bar inspired by the vibrant lives of the fictitious Fitzpatrick family. Nestled within a cosy house setting, every detail echoes the retro charm of the era, from the psychedelic wallpaper to the funky furniture. With its groovy ambiance and lively atmosphere, the bar invites you to step back in time and experience the colourful world of the Fitzpatricks.

Buffet / event menu essential as. the bar is busy through pre booked events October-December.

Base rent charged to cover utilties and landlord will take a % of dine in sales as well, which will be staggered on performance.
