The current owner needs the space for classes on Saturdays between 11.30 am and 5 pm and two weekdays per month to be agreed with the new tenant.

WiFi, phone, insurance, coffee machine and rubbish collection is billed at £350 a month. The pub and the open plan kitchen have been completely renovated and can be used as a restaurant, cooking classes, delivery point, and other types of use such as a gastro pub.
