Led by a strong team well versed in managing supper clubs & residencies, this is a great opportunity to tap into Margate's exciting food scene. Terms: 20% of net food sales if the chef is not vat registered, 20% of gross if vat registered. Residency term is two months. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved. Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month.
