Additional areas for workshops, tastings, or events can be arranged. This kitchen is perfect for food creatives and content makers, but please note it's not suitable for long-term restaurant or takeaway operations. Short-term hires only, with pricing quoted based on your specific usage needs. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved. Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month.
